As we celebrate 20 years in business, many of our clients know the quality of our work—but they might not know the story of the man who started it all.
Founded 20 years ago today in 2006, Dailey Maintenance LLC is the result of a life built on discipline, service, and a deeply rooted connection to the PNW. Our founder, William “Wil” Dailey IV, doesn’t just run a business; he lives a philosophy of “constant improvement” that bridges every part of his life.
From Service to Stewardship
Wil’s journey began with a foundation of leadership as a Corporal & Sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps. That military precision is exactly how he approached the launch of Dailey Maintenance two decades ago. He traded the uniform for work boots and a safety harness, but he kept the mission: providing elite, reliable service to his community in the Pacific Northwest.
A Holistic Approach to the Land
Wil’s work doesn’t stop at the property line. As a rancher, he has integrated his passion for sustainable land management into the platform of the business. From traditional property care to innovative “goatscaping” for land management and fire mitigation, Wil believes that managing the land requires a balance of hard work and natural solutions. Whether he’s tending to his livestock or clearing a complex commercial lot in the city, the goal remains the same: stewardship.
The Discipline of the Mats
When he isn’t on a job site or at the ranch, you’ll likely find Wil at American Top Team PDX. As a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu brown belt and coach, Wil applies the same technical focus and determined resilience to the mats that he does to his business and everything else he pursues. This relentless mentality is why Dailey Maintenance has thrived for 20 years—because Wil knows that showing up, putting in the work, and staying disciplined is the only way to achieve lasting results. That’s exactly what he does.
