Do you give free estimates? Do I need to be home for the estimate?

Yes, the estimates are free and if the estimate is for a cleaning or a repair then no you don’t need
to be home. We can always call you at work or on your cell once we’ve diagnosed your
problem to go over the estimate.

Do I need to be home when the work is being done?

No, you don’t need to be home. Our trucks are stocked with all the equipment we may need
including a 100′ hose. We understand that everyone is very busy and the last thing you want to
do is to take a day off of work to stay home for the gutter guy to show up.

How do I know the gutters are cleaned if I’m not home?

When it rains they won’t overflow. We know that if you were going to put up a ladder to check
on our work, you probably would have cleaned them yourself. We give a 30-day guarantee on all
cleanings. Some time within those 4 weeks it will rain. When you see that your gutters are
working properly and aren’t overflowing you’ll know we did our job.

Do you have some kind of an auto cleaning schedule or contract?

Yes we do. We offer either annual or bi-annual cleaning contracts for the spring and or the fall
season. You will always get a reminder call 2 weeks before your scheduled appointment. As
long as we don’t hear anything back from you saying otherwise, we’ll assume everything’s a go
and show up two weeks later to do the cleaning, and as always, leave the bill in the mailbox.

Do you have references?

Yes, we have over 3,000 clients in Clackamas, Clark, Marion, Multnomah, and Washington,
Counties We guarantee that at least one day of any given week we will be working on a house
with in five miles of your home.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes. We offer a 10% discount to any active duty military members, or retired┬ámilitary, that present an active military or Department of Defense ID. Disabled military veterans with a service connected disability will┬áreceive a 20% discount on any service with an valid┬áVeteran’s Affair’s ID card,

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, Check, Money Order, Debit, and Credit Card. Please note that we have a 3% process fee on all debit /credit card transactions.
